REDMOND RIDGE 113 – Redmond, WA
Construction of large commercial development project (approx.. 12 acres) on Redmond Ridge (located in Redmond, WA): Scope of work included: Clearing and grubbing, installation of erosion control, stripping and export of 30,000 CY, cut to fill site with 100,000 CY, structural excavation, over excavation of unsuitable material and replace with structural fill, installation of storm drainage system, installation of sanitary sewer, installation of water system, installation of modular block retaining walls, import and place crushed rock base courses, fine grading, import and place capillary breaks, and street cleaning.
116TH STREET IMPROVEMENTS
Scope of work included: Construction of 2,500 linear feet of street improvements, including roadway widening and grading, a roundabout, sidewalk, multi-use path, curb & gutter, sidewalk, landscaping and irrigation, utilities, storm drainage, water and sewer main, lighting, fiber communications, HMA grinding, paving and overlay, mid-block pedestrian signal, walls, fencing, handrail, construction of detention pond, traffic control, erosion control and overhead to underground conversion and other work necessary to complete the project.
NORTH AUBURN LOGISTICS
Construction of large commercial building on approximately 16 acres in Auburn, WA: Scope of work included: installation of erosion control measures, import 60,000 CY of structural fill for preload, installation of erosion control, demolition of existing site surfaces, mass grading of site, soil conditioning using cement treatment, installation of storm drainage system, installation of sanitary sewer (including 28’ deep lift station and 3,200lf of force main), installation of over 3,700lf of water main and complete water system, structural excavation, import and place crushed rock base courses, installation of large box culvert across West Valley Highway (14 day road closure with day and night crews to install water main and casing, sanitary force main and casing, installation of box culvert, and stream restoration), construction of two large detention ponds with fused liner and ballast rock and amended soil, fine grading, import and place capillary breaks, ecology block retaining wall, street cleaning, and traffic control.
MAIN ST. PHASE 2
Construction of Mixed Use Building in downtown Bellevue: Scope of work included: Demolition and removal of existing buildings and surfaces, clearing and removal, installation of erosion control measures, mass excavation and removal of approximately 50,000 CY of material for underground parking structure, shoring wall support, footing excavation, import and place 4” capillary break, import and place structural backfill, fine grading for paving and parking areas, street cleaning, installation of sanitary sewer, installation of storm drainage, installation of 84” detention pipe under building slab, and installation of a water system.

Construction of Mixed Use Building in downtown Seattle: Scope of work included: Demolition and removal of existing surfaces, clearing and removal, excavation and removal of contaminated materials, installation of erosion control measures, mass excavation and removal of approximately 104,000 CY of material for underground parking structure, shoring wall support, footing excavation, import and place 4” capillary break, import and place structural backfill, fine grading for paving and parking areas, street cleaning, installation of sanitary sewer, installation of storm drainage, and installation of water system.
